Windows

Cleaning the window casing, sill and track.

Carpets

Spring is a good time to do it because we can open up the windows and turn on the fans for a quick dry.

Refrigerator and pantry

Clear out, toss old food and wipe clean the shelves and sides.

Dirty filters replacement

Depending on your furnace or vents, how often you change these may vary. However, spring is a good time to at least take stock of when you need to replace those filters. The same goes for vacuum filters.

Garage

Clean the floor (mud and salt from your car finds itself in the garage) and walls and shelves. We also put away any winter gear that you are not going to need and pull out lawn tools like the lawnmower, weed-whacker or the bicycles.

And cleaning the things you don’t typically clean

These include the aforementioned windows, but also window blinds, light fixtures, forgettable edges and corners.
